Service begins at 7:30 pm and takes place at House of Prayer

This Anniversary-Variety Night Explosion will feature Pastor James Polk of Greater House of Prayer COGIC in Oakland, California.

Saturday, February 23, 2019
HOP Reunion Picnic featuring the famous HOP Q-Team at French Park in San Luis Obispo. There will be games and a chance to catch up with members new and old! This picnic is FREE!!!!
French Park is located at 1040 Fuller Road, San Luis Obispo, California.
The picnic begins at 1:00 pm.

PASTOR APPRECIATION MONTH 2017

October is Pastor Appreciation Month

HOP encourages everyone who has been influenced and blessed by Pastor Grant Gridiron to share your appreciation.

Here are some ways to honor him and others who serve in ministry:

1. Say Thank You: Writing a thank you note or sending an appreciative email is a huge blessing to the leaders of your church.

2. Pray for Them: Praying for your pastor is a tremendous gift. Pray for their spiritual, physical and emotional health, for a strong marriage and family, and for insight in how they lead your church.

3. Tell Them How God is Growing You: Nothing makes a pastor happier than hearing how you are applying what you have learned at church and how that has affected those around you 
(1 Thessalonians 3:6-7).

4. Give Them Good Gifts: Let them know you care and understand a bit of the weight they carry by giving a simple gift. Maybe a gift card to a local restaurant or his favorite store.
